Lettuce is inexpensive in the grocery store, even the organic kind. One head of lettuce yields a TON of leaves to use as wrappers for these turkey and veggie lettuce wraps. It’s a delicious meal, packed with veggies, that comes together in less than 30 minutes. I like to serve rice on the side.
